Prepare the BBQ for direct grilling at 200 degrees.
Cut the pepper and onion into strips, the celery into pieces and chop the spring onion and parsley. Peel the garlic and crush it.
Wash the mussels.
After the mussels have been washed, place them on the hot plancha plate. Spread the pepper, onion, parsley and garlic over the mussels and drizzle generously with the olive oil. Season with the black pepper.
As soon as the mussels open slightly, sprinkle with the white wine and let them continue to cook.
When the mussels are done, remove them from the BBQ together with all the seasonings.
Serve the mussels with some fresh chopped spring onion, bread or french fries and a nice glass of the white wine.
