Coat the corn cobs well with herb butter.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat the plancha and fry the corn cobs already along one side in a little oil.
Meanwhile, season the other side with paprika.
Turn the corn cob frequently so that all sides color and fry nicely. Feel free to pour over the cobs a little extra or rub them with oil for a crispy crust. Stay by your fire so you can turn frequently so they don’t burn. Keep in mind that you will cook the cobs for about 45 minutes.If you want the cobs done faster, boil them in salted water for 10 minutes before frying.
Slice the corn cobs and present them as a side dish!
