We aim to deliver all orders to our enthusiastic grill masters as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days.

Your device will be delivered on a pallet in a sturdy box. All your accessories will also be included in this box.

It is required that you or someone else is present to receive the pallet or package during the delivery.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned. A second delivery attempt for a pallet shipment will incur additional costs that you will need to pay before receiving your order.

We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If you unexpectedly have something break outside the warranty period, please contact us. We have suitable replacement parts for almost everything.

You cannot purchase parts such as griddles, pedestals, or fire bowls separately from us.

The best wood that produces the most flames and the least smoke is beechwood. A combination of oak and beech is commonly used. If your wood is not dry (humidity should be less then 20%), it will also produce a lot of smoke and burn poorly. Make sure not to use scrap or softwood. Large pieces of wood are not recommended.

Use small pieces of wood and build a pyramid shape. Never add a lot of wood to the fire at once, as this will result in more smoke and less heat. Check out this video for clarification.

The temperature varies with a well-burning fire, ranging from about 300 degrees on the inside of your griddle to 160 degrees on the outside. You can use cedarwood planks to halve the temperature of your cooking surface and keep ingredients warm. Adjusting the distance of your ingredients from the fire or adjusting the position of your burning fire in the bowl is sufficient to change the cooking temperature.

The main causes of smoke are:

• Wet or partially dry wood;

• Oversized wood blocks;

• Adding too much wood at once, causing the fire to smother;

• Placing wood blocks flat in the fire pit, limiting oxygen supply and causing the blocks to smolder.

Choosing the right oil for cooking is essential when using TiGER FiRE. It's recommended to use vegetable oil with a higher smoke point, such as peanut, rice, grapeseed, canola, safflower, or soybean oil. Use our oil can to measure the ideal amount each time.

The initial use of your TiGER FiRE plancha requires some important steps for optimal performance. Before your first cooking session, thoroughly clean the griddle with warm water and a mild detergent. This process removes any production-related impurities and the protective coating.

After cleaning the surface, apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point vegetable oil to saturate and protect the griddle from rust while helping to develop a smooth non-stick surface.

Lastly, heat the TiGER FiRE gradually to a high temperature over 1 hour to season it. This process promotes seasoning and ensures an optimal cooking surface for future preparations. This careful preparation process sets the stage for flavorful cooking experiences with TiGER FiRE.

Maintaining your plancha largely involves using the right amount of oil on the griddle. After each cooking session, it's essential to thoroughly clean the griddle with a spatula to remove food residue. Then, rub the surface with vegetable oil to protect it from rust and maintain the non-stick coating.

For deeper cleaning sessions, you can use warm water and a mild detergent, followed by thorough rinsing and drying. Make sure to apply a thin layer of oil to the griddle after cleaning before storing it.

Regularly, depending on usage, it's important to remove any accumulated residues or impurities using a TiGER FiRE spatula. This helps keep the griddle smooth and clean, ensuring optimal cooking performance.

You can refresh your TiGER FiRE over time or touch up superficial damage using Touch Up Paint. This allows you to easily and independently maintain the original appearance of your TiGER FiRE.

Color variation on a Corten steel plancha is a natural and characteristic aspect of this material. Corten steel has the property to oxidize over time and develop a unique patina. This patina varies in color, ranging from orange-brown to deep rust-brown.

Color variation occurs because Corten steel reacts to environmental conditions such as humidity, heat, and weather exposure. The oxidation process does not occur evenly across the entire surface, resulting in variations in color and texture. This color difference is completely normal and adds to Corten steel's distinctive appearance.

It's important to note that the color variation does not affect the durability or performance of Corten steel. In fact, the patina that forms protects the steel from further corrosion and contributes to the material's long lifespan.

So, if you notice color differences on your Corten steel TiGER FiRE plancha, there's no need to worry. It's a natural and aesthetic characteristic of this beautiful material, adding character to your barbecue over time.

Charcoal is the most recommended fuel for a Kamado grill. It imparts excellent flavor to dishes and allows you to control the temperature precisely by adjusting the airflow. By using different types of charcoal, you can also experiment with different flavors which depend on your personal preference and the type of dishes you want to prepare. Charcoal is generally considered an excellent choice due to the flavor it adds to dishes.

Dry wood is the most recommended fuel for a Plancha BBQ. Using hardwood (like oak) you have a long time fire and has a subtle aroma from the smoke. Using wood from a fruit tree gives you different aromas, however they burn more quickly. The key is to use dry wood with a maximum of 20% moisture.

Lighting a Kamado grill using fire starters or an electric looftlighter is an efficient method to quickly reach the desired cooking temperature. Here is a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Place the Kamado

Option 1: Looftlighter

Insert the looftlighter into the charcoal and turn it on. Hold the looftlighter in the same spot for a few minutes to ignite the charcoal.

Place a few fire starters on top of the charcoal and ignite them using a long lighter or matches.

Both methods are effective for lighting your Kamado grill quickly and efficiently. Choose the one that best suits your preference and available supplies.

Step 4: Keep the firebox and airflow open

Once the charcoal begins to burn, leave the lid of the Kamado grill open and ensure that the bottom air intake vent is fully open. This will help maximize airflow and ignite the flames.

Step 5: Close the lid and adjust the temperature

Once the charcoal is burning well, glowing, and emitting minimal smoke, close the lid of the Kamado grill. Adjust the airflow using the bottom and top ventilation openings to reach and maintain the desired cooking temperature.
